Our Regular Groups

60 Plus Drop -In

Wednesdays 2pm - 4pm*

A varied programme of activities including snooker, pool, darts, cards, boccia and  table tennis.

We also welcome visits from guest speakers and visiting agencies such as the library, RVS and Adult Learning. 

The group also has regular exercise sessions with Matthew Lawrence from Shetland Community School of Ballet & Ruth Archer from Move It or Lose It. 

Cost - £3 per session which includes a welcome cuppa and home bakes for 3o'clocks.

This club is run by volunteers and there is a volunteer driver scheme to pick up members around Scalloway area if transport is required.

*apart from the last Wednesday of the month as this is when our Lunch Club is held.

A nourishing two course meal with tea and coffee for £7.

Booking is essential - either through the 60 Plus Club or contacting Sonia on 01595 880322.

Adult Social Club

Tuesdays 11am - 3pm

Come along for a social morning / afternoon at the centre. 

Our games room is open for you to have a game of pool, snooker or darts. We also have music room and instruments/equipment such as guitars, drums and amps available for jamming sessions. 

We will also have the main hall open for table tennis or boccia.

occasionally to coach the players along with Chris Graham from the Association.

Bookbug

10.30am - 11.30

Join us for a fun and engaging Bookbug session full of stories, rhymes and songs for you and your little ones to enjoy! 

Afterwards, stay for a snack and play session - let the children play and have fun whilst adults can socialise and enjoy a cuppa!
